About the course
If you have identified that you need first-aiders in your place of work they will need to achieve a certificate of competence in First Aid At Work. The FAW course must be include a minimum of 18 hours training delivered in no less than 3 days.
The FAW course includes the content of the one-day EFAW course and also equips the first-aider to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illnesses.

Compliance/ Certification
This course is compliant with HSE guidance.
The certificate is valid for 3 years and before the expiry date first aiders will need to undertake a First Aid At Work Re-qualification course to obtain another 3 year certificate.
All delegates will receive a certificate by post upon successful competition of the course.
