About the course

This course give all employees a good understanding and awareness of mental health in the workplace. It is suitable for all staff.

You will leave this mental health training course with the knowledge to be able to start conversations with colleagues about workplace mental health issues and be able to sign-post people to further help and assistance.  You will understand positive and negative behaviour and attitudes towards workplace mental health issues and be able to help your organisation become mental health aware.

This course is ideally suitable for anyone who has Line Manager responsibility or wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health and how to support and manage it in the workplace.
