Ideal for HAF programmes and community groups teaching young people potentially live saving skills.
Starting with 2-hour fun interactive sessions, more in-depth courses can be spread over program of training dates. These courses are adaptable to suit your requirements and can include sports.
At the end of the training there is a certificate presentation.
