DURATION: (1/2 day = 3 ½ Hours)

COURSE CONTENT:

Recognising possible signs and symptoms of a person displaying mental ill-health.
Discussion of the stigmas surrounding Mental Health.
The ability to access help for people in crisis or need.

This course is suitable for all staff that want to increase their awareness of Mental Health for themselves or others.
